1. Equip young people with skills to become the defenders of human rights through impactful and measurable  projects
2. Assign young people with particular leadership tasks in their own communities
3. Create job opportunities among Congolese youth through reinforcing entrepreneurship skills
4. Promote peace culture among Congolese society
